It’s a 2 storeyed modern building, a partio decorated with tropical plants and ornamental pool , places for chilling out, a Â&xnbsp;children playground. If you've hired a car, then you'll be able to make use of the guarded car park.

Please note that a deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (in Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee.
