The boardng house is set in the western part of Alupka in the Southern Crimea, around 200 metres from Auto station and 400 metres to the Alupka park.

It’s a 2 storeyed modern building, a partio decorated with tropical plants. If you've hired a car, then you'll be able to make use of the guarded car park.

The residence 10 minutes walk from the sea, . A variety of rooms and suites available to suit every taste and budget.

Facilities here include:

• Equiped kitchenette in each suite
• Shops, cafes, restaurants, discos, telephone automats for foreign calls nearby
• Guarded car park.
• Pick up from Simferopol can be arranged

Please note that a deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (in Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee.
