In the vicinity you will find a supermarket, an open air market , cafes, banks, ATMs, traditional Ukrainian fast-food restaurants. 15 walking mins to the city embankment and beaches or 5 minutes by bus .In the yard there is a play area for kids, and a parking lot.

The apartment offers: reconditioning, furniture, 2 declinable sleeping sofas, modern fridge, iron, fully equipped kitchenette for indoor cooking, bedding, cable TV(74 chanels) . The apartment is rented out from May to September.

Please note that a deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (in Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee.
