The flat is on the 7th floor of a 12 storey building. There's a coded entrance door and a speedy lift. Amenities include refrigerator, water boiler, iron board, spacious balcony, with tea table and sofa-bed, can be used as sitting or guest room. Utilising the lounge as a sleeping area, this flat can comfortably accomodate 6-8 people, making it ideal for familes or 2 couples. If you are a single traveller or as couple then you will be spoilt with the spaciousness of this flat.

Please note that a deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (in Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee.
