This one room luxury apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 storey building. It is excellant value for money and is a fantastic place to stay for either a single traveller or a couple. It is located close to the seaside and a Russian cinema.

In the apartment you will find a king size bed, sliding-door wardrobe, and a reclining armchair. The windows are new and sound proof to insure a quiet nights sleep. Amenities include cable TV, ironing board. There is an air conditioner on the wall.

In the kitchen you will find a well-equipped kitchenette with all utensils, electrical kettle and a modern gas oven for in-house cooking.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower on the wall and towels are provided. Entrance is from the courtyard with key code lock security doors.

The bonus for our guests is a little patio with a pergola and a brazier.

The remaining balance should be paid cash (Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee.
