The apartment is settled on the Lenina Street, the central street in the city of Sevastopol. Nachimov Square and Grafskaya Quay, Primorsky Boulevard are within a minutes walk. The Black Sea Fleet Museum, Monument of Katherine (the II -the founder of Sevastopol) are close by.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a spacious badroom with a bed. The living room and the kitchen are open plan to create a spacious studio. In the living room there is a collapsible sofa bed, arm chairs, a cable TV with dvd player, ironing board, coffee table, arm chair and a wardrobe. There is an air conditioner on the wall. In the kitchen you will find a completely equipped kitchenette with all utensils, electrical kettle, a modern gas oven and microwave for in-house cooking.
There is a balcony with panoramic view. The bathroom has a big modern bath with a shower on the wall and towels are provided. Entrance is from the courtyard with key code lock security doors. There is a parking lot.
Please note that a deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee. |
