An aboundance of restaurants and cafes(with an english menu), grocery stores, ATMs, Primoskyi Park with tennis courts , cultural venues, Concert hall Yubileyny, sea sports, bustling night life of Yalta, virtually everything the resort city has to offer is within hand's reach. On second floor of two-storeyed building, the apartment consists of 1 room, a spacious badroom, with a big sofa bed, wooden wardrobe, a TV, ironing board, console-mirror, an artmchair, table with a reading lamp and chairs.There is an air conditioner on the wall. In the kitchen you will find a completely equipped kitchenette with utensils, electrical kettle, a modern gas oven and a three chamber fridge. There is a loggia-balcony with a coffee table and a small sofa. The bathroom has a shower tub, and a toilet. Towels are provided. Entrance is from the courtyard with key code lock security doors.
