This three room spacious full size luxury flat is placed in the heart of Lenin Avenue. One side is close to the Trade Centre Ukraine, with cafes and shopping mall, and the other to Zaporozhye Circus, a great entertainment for locals and foreign visitors. A 24-hour supermarket and ATM are close by. It's also just a few minutes walk from our dating agency office and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 5 storey building and is furnished with a king size bed, comfortable sleeper sofa, coffee table and armchairs. Windows are new and sound proof to insure a quite nights sleep. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with water filters, electrical kettle and a gas oven for in-house cooking. Bath and toilet are separate. Enterance is from the courtyard with key code lock security doors. Amenties include Color TV with DVD, iron, washing mashine ironing board and telephone with free local calls.
Please note that a 20% deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord.
This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (US Dollars or Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival.
You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card.
In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the 20% deposit fee.
