This two room spacious full size luxury flat is placed in the heart of the city, on the left side of Mc Donalds. There are many restaurants and cafes at hand too. 24 hours supermarkets and ATM are close by.
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a 5 storey building and is furnished with a king size bed, comfortable sleeper sofa, coffee table and armchairs. Windows are new sound proof to insure a quite nights sleep. There is a completely equipped kitchenette with water filters, electrical kettle and a gas oven for in-house cooking. The bath and kitchenette have a self-contained hot water system. Entrance is from the courtyard with key code lock security doors. Amenities include: air conditioner, Color TV, iron, ironing board and telephone with free local calls.
Please note that a deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (in Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the deposit fee.
