This two room spacious appartment is placed in the very heart of Zaporozhye centre, just a few steps from Festivalnaya square, close to the central shopping centre "Ukraine", Grill Bar Mustang (great place to eat out both for local and foreign visitors), 24-hour supermarkets, boutiques, parks and entertainment venues.

The appartment is on the ground floor of 9-storey building with coded entrance door. Newly renovated. In addition to usual amenitites like TV, TF, fridge, cooker, armchairs and folding sofa the apartment has digital/satellite TV, cassete player with radio, CD/DVD player, air-conditioning, fan, kingsize bed with mirror at the the side, cute bedside table, ironing board, electric kettle, microwave oven.

Please note that a 20% deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord.
This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (US Dollars or Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival.

You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card.
In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the 20% deposit fee.
