A 24-hour supermarket and ATM are close by. It's also just a few minutes walk from our dating agency office and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 5 storey building and is furnished with a king size bed, comfortable sleeper sofa, coffee table and armchairs. Windows are new and sound proof to insure a quite nights sleep. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with water filters, electrical kettle and a gas oven for in-house cooking. Bath and toilet are separate. Enterance is from the courtyard with key code lock security doors. Amenties include Color TV with DVD, iron, washing mashine ironing board and telephone with free local calls.
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is non refundable.
The remaining balance should be paid cash (Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival.
