This 2 room flat is 5 minutes walk down Shevchenko boulevard, the most wide and vivid street in Zaporozhye and a popular meeting place. It's a lovely area with restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, mini markets, massage salon, and boutiques located on one side and spacious a city park with fountain on the other. Close to the cental concert hall. Please note that a 20% deposit is required, at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival, to secure the property with the landlord.
This deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance should be paid cash (US Dollars or Ukrainian Hyrvna) on arrival. You are able to pay the full balance in advance using your credit/ debit card. In the event of cancellation you would be receive a refund minus the 20% deposit fee.
